Subway
From Ulsan Station, take Line 1 (the Orange Line) towards Bangeojin. After 11 stops, you will reach Busan Station. Once at Busan Station, transfer to Line 1 (the Light Blue Line) towards Sinpyeong. After 5 stops, get off at Nampo Station. From Nampo Station, exit the station and walk towards the waterfront, following signs for Busan Tower. Continue along the waterfront until you see signs for Dongbaekseom Island.
Bus
From Ulsan, go to the Ulsan Intercity Bus Terminal. Take a bus heading to Busan (look for buses marked 'Busan' or '부산'). The journey takes approximately 1 hour. Once you arrive at Busan's Nopo Bus Terminal, walk to the nearby subway station (Nopo Station) and take Line 1 towards Sinpyeong. Get off at Nampo Station. Exit the station and head towards the waterfront, following the direction of Busan Tower to reach Dongbaekseom Island.
Taxi
If you prefer a more direct route, you can take a taxi from Ulsan to Dongbaekseom Island in Busan. The taxi ride will take approximately 50 minutes depending on traffic. Just tell the driver 'Dongbaekseom' (동백섬) or show them the address on your phone. It is a straightforward trip, and you can enjoy the sights along the way.
