Getting There

  • Car

    If you're driving from central Yeongdong Region, take Route 6 towards Pyeongchang. Continue for about 30-40 minutes until you reach the junction for Route 56. Merge onto Route 56 and follow the signs for YongPyong. After approximately 10 minutes, you will see signs for YongPyong Water Park. Turn onto Olympic-ro, and the water park will be on your left at 715 Olympic-ro, Daegwallyeong-myeon, Pyeongchang-gun, Gangwon-do. Parking is available on-site, but be aware that it may incur a fee, typically around 5,000 KRW.

  • Public Transportation (Bus)

    For those using public transportation, take a bus from Yeongdong to Pyeongchang. Buses frequently run from Yeongdong Bus Terminal to Pyeongchang Bus Terminal. The journey takes about 1 hour and costs approximately 5,500 KRW. Once you arrive at Pyeongchang Bus Terminal, transfer to Bus No. 100 or Bus No. 200, which both head towards YongPyong. The ride will take about 30 minutes, and the fare is around 1,200 KRW. Get off at the stop for YongPyong Resort, which is a short walk from the water park.
