If you are traveling by car, head towards Cheongju-si in Chungcheongbuk-do. From the Yeongnam Region, take the Gyeongbu Expressway (Expressway 1) towards Cheongju. Exit at Cheongju Interchange and follow the signs for Cheongnamdae. It is located at 646 Cheongnamdae-gil, Munui-myeon, Sangdang-gu. The journey typically takes around 1.5 to 2 hours depending on traffic. Be prepared to pay a toll fee for using the expressway, which may vary based on your starting point.

Public Transportation
For travelers using public transportation, begin your journey by taking a bus or train to Cheongju. If you are starting from Daegu, you can take an intercity bus from Daegu Bus Terminal to Cheongju Bus Terminal. The bus ride takes approximately 1.5 hours. Once you arrive at Cheongju, you can transfer to local bus number 15 or 20, which will take you to Cheongnamdae. The fare for the local bus is around 1,200 KRW. Get off at the Cheongnamdae stop and walk approximately 10 minutes to reach the entrance.
