Expect toll fees when using the expressway, which can vary based on your starting point.

To reach Yeongdong Bridge via public transportation, take a bus or train to Seoul. If you take the train, use the KTX or ITX from major stations in the Yeongseo Region to Seoul Station. From Seoul Station, transfer to the subway Line 2 (Green Line) and alight at Seongsu Station. Exit from Exit 1 and walk approximately 15 minutes to reach the bridge. Bus options are available as well: take a bus that goes to Seongsu-dong and disembark at the nearest bus stop. Note that bus fares vary but are typically around 1,250 KRW.
