If you're driving, start by heading towards the center of Zaragoza. From the A-2 motorway, take the exit towards Zaragoza Centro. Follow signs for Plaza de España. Once in the city center, look for signs pointing to the Old Town (Casco Histórico). You can park at nearby public parking lots like 'Parking Plaza de España' or 'Parking La Seo'. From there, it's just a short walk to P.º de la Independencia, which is located in the heart of the Old Town.
Public Transportation
To reach Old Town, Zaragoza using public transportation, take the Zaragoza tram (Tranvía de Zaragoza) and get off at the 'Plaza de España' stop. From there, you can easily walk to P.º de la Independencia. Alternatively, you can also take bus lines 34, 36, or 42 to the same stop. The Old Town is pedestrian-friendly, so enjoy walking through the charming streets once you arrive.
