  To reach Zoo El Bosque by car, start by navigating to the A-8 highway, which is the main coastal route in Asturias. If you're coming from Oviedo, take the A-66 towards Gijón, then merge onto the A-8 towards San Esteban de las Cruces. After approximately 35 km, take exit 392 for N-634 toward San Esteban de las Cruces. Continue on N-634 for about 2 km, and then follow signs for Los Molinos. The zoo is located at Los Molinos, 19, 33195 San Esteban de las Cruces. Parking is available on-site, and no external costs are incurred for entry.

• Public Transport

  If you prefer public transportation, first take a train from your nearest station to the nearby town of San Esteban de las Cruces. Renfe operates services from major cities like Oviedo and Gijón. From San Esteban de las Cruces train station, you can take a local taxi to Zoo El Bosque, which is about 5 km away. Expect to pay approximately €10 for the taxi ride. • Combination of Train and Bus

  Another option is to take a train to nearby Avilés and then catch a local bus. From Oviedo or Gijón, take a Renfe train to Avilés. Once in Avilés, head to the bus station and take the bus towards San Esteban de las Cruces. Buses run approximately every hour. After arriving in San Esteban de las Cruces, you will need to take a taxi or walk to the zoo, which is around 3 km away. The bus fare is around €2, and the taxi may cost about €8 if you choose to take one.
