Walk down the Rambla towards the sea, until you reach the waterfront. Continue walking until you see the large marina and Port Vell area. The Aquàrium Barcelona is located at Moll d'Espanya, which is directly in front of you.

    Catch the bus number 59 or 64 from any nearby bus stop. If you're coming from Plaça Catalunya, take the 59 bus towards 'Parc de Montjuïc' and get off at the 'Moll de la Fusta' stop. From there, walk along the waterfront promenade towards the Port Vell area. The Aquàrium is located at Moll d'Espanya, which you will see as you approach the marina.
