Getting There

  • Metro

    If you are near the city center, take the L4 (yellow line) Metro from stations like Jaume I or Barceloneta. Head towards the direction of La Pau and get off at the Barceloneta station. Once you exit the station, follow the signs pointing towards the beach. It’s about a 10-minute walk from the station to Barceloneta Beach.

  • Bus

    Catch bus number 47 from various stops in the city center, such as Plaça de Catalunya. Stay on the bus until you reach the 'Barceloneta' stop. From there, walk straight down Carrer de l'Escudellers until you reach the beachfront. It should take about 5 minutes to walk to Barceloneta Beach.

  • Walking

    If you’re already in the Barceloneta area or nearby, simply walk towards the coast. If you are near the Port Vell, follow the waterfront promenade (Passeig de Joan de Borbó) until you reach the beach. This scenic walk should take around 15-20 minutes.
