Begin your journey at any metro station in Barcelona. If you are near a Line 1 station (the Red Line), take the train towards 'Fondo' and get off at 'Universitat' station. Transfer to Line 2 (the Purple Line) and take the train towards 'Parada de Sagrada Familia'. Get off at 'Passeig de Gràcia' station. From there, switch to Line 3 (the Green Line) towards 'Trinitat Nova' and get off at 'Liceu' station. Exit the metro and walk towards La Rambla.

Once you are on La Rambla, head towards the 'Plaça Reial', which is about a 5-minute walk. From 'Plaça Reial', take the exit onto 'Carrer de la Ferran' and walk straight until you reach 'Carrer dels Carders'. Turn left onto 'Carrer dels Carders' and continue walking until you reach number 2, where Capella d'en Marcús is located. The chapel should be on your right.

If you prefer to take a bus, find your nearest bus stop and look for bus routes that head towards 'Ciutat Vella'. The 'D20', 'V13', and 'D40' buses stop near the area. Make sure to get off at the stop 'Carrer de la Boqueria'. From there, head towards 'Carrer dels Carders' by walking straight down 'Carrer de la Boqueria'. Turn left onto 'Carrer dels Carders' and walk until you reach number 2, Capella d'en Marcús.
