Premium Paella Cooking Class, Sangría, 10 Tapas & market Boquería

Fun time with Chef Horia

My wife and I thoroughly enjoyed cooking with Chef Horia in his wonderful kitchen and dining room. We learned a great deal about Barcelona and about the techniques for cooking paella and tortillas. The chef was very entertaining and included everybody in the cooking process. We were not thrilled with the final taste of the paella, but that may have been due to the involvement of eight amateur cooks, including two children. Still, we would do this again!

AMAZING! This was so much fun. The venue was clean, airconditioned, and tastefully decorated. I went with my 16 year old daughter. We both had hands-on experience with preparing the meal, which turned out awesome. We made from scratch, many Spanish dishes and a desert. We ate 10 tapas. We met people from all over and had a really great evening with the tour operator. We had plenty to eat and drink and are looking forward to making the recipes again at home.
