After exiting the station, take the 'Liceu' exit and walk along La Rambla in the direction of Plaça Catalunya. Turn left onto Carrer de la Portaferrissa, and you will find Palau Moja at number 1 on your right.

You can take bus number 59, which stops at 'Pl. Universitat'. From there, walk towards Gran Via de les Corts Catalanes, and turn left. Continue walking straight until you reach Plaça Catalunya. From Plaça Catalunya, walk down La Rambla, then take a left onto Carrer de la Portaferrissa. Palau Moja will be at number 1 on your right.
