Begin your journey at any metro station in central Barcelona. Take Line 1 (the Red Line) heading towards Fondo. Travel for about 10 stops until you reach the 'Fondo' station. Once you exit the metro, follow the signs to 'Carrer de la Mare de Déu de Montserrat' and exit the station. From here, walk towards the east for about 5 minutes until you reach the street 'Carrer de la Mar'.

From the same 'Fondo' metro station, you can also take the bus. Look for bus line 34, which goes directly to 'Platja de Badalona'. Get off at the stop 'Platja de Badalona'. The beach will be just a short walk from the bus stop.

Alternatively, you can take the train from 'Barcelona Sants' station. Board the Rodalies train R1 towards Maçanet-Massanes. Travel for approximately 20 minutes (5 stops) until you reach 'Badalona' station. After exiting the train, follow the signs to 'Carrer de la Mar' and head towards the beach, which is about a 15-minute walk from the station.
