Metro
If you're near a metro station, take Line 3 (the Green Line) towards 'Canyelles'. Get off at the 'Liceu' station. Once you exit the station, head towards La Rambla and walk towards the south. Continue straight until you reach the Plaça del Pi. From there, turn left onto Carrer del Pi, then take a right onto Carrer dels Comtes. Continue walking for about 5 minutes, and you will find the Palau del Lloctinent on your left.
Bus
Look for a bus stop nearby and take either Bus 14 or Bus 59. Make sure you get off at the stop 'Carrer de Ferran - Hospital'. From there, walk down Carrer de Ferran until you reach the intersection with Carrer dels Comtes. Turn left onto Carrer dels Comtes, and after a short walk, you’ll reach the Palau del Lloctinent.
Walking
If you are in the vicinity of the Gothic Quarter, you can easily walk to Palau del Lloctinent. Start from Plaça de Sant Jaume, head northeast on Carrer de Jaume I, and then turn left onto Carrer dels Comtes. Continue walking straight for about 7 to 10 minutes, and you will see the Palau del Lloctinent on your right.

You can also take a taxi or use a rideshare service like Uber. Simply give the driver the address: 'Palau Reial Major, Carrer dels Comtes, 08002 Barcelona'. This is a direct route and should take around 10-15 minutes depending on traffic.
