Walking
Start at the Burgos Cathedral, one of the most famous landmarks in the city. From the main entrance of the Cathedral, head southeast on Calle de la Paloma towards Plaza del Rey San Fernando. Continue straight until you reach the intersection with Calle de San Juan. Turn left onto Calle de San Juan. Walk along this street until you reach Plaza de la Libertad. Here, you will see a large statue commemorating the city’s history. From Plaza de la Libertad, continue walking straight onto Calle de la Merced. After about 5 minutes of walking, you will arrive at Callejón de las Brujas, a narrow alleyway known for its enchanting atmosphere.
Public Transport
If you prefer to take public transport, start by walking to the nearest bus stop, which is located at Plaza de Santo Domingo, around a 10-minute walk from the Cathedral. Catch the bus number 1 or 5 that heads towards the city center. Get off at the stop named 'Calle de San Juan.' From there, walk along Calle de San Juan until you reach Plaza de la Libertad. Continue straight onto Calle de la Merced, and after about 5 minutes, you will find Callejón de las Brujas on your left.
