Starting from the Burgos Cathedral, head east on Calle de la Paloma towards Plaza de la Libertad. Continue straight until you reach the intersection with Calle de San Juan. Turn left onto Calle de San Juan and walk for about 600 meters. At the roundabout, take the first exit onto Paseo del Espolón. Follow this road until you reach the base of the hill leading to Castillo de Burgos. From here, you can begin your ascent to the castle, which is approximately a 15-minute walk uphill.

From the main bus station (Estación de Autobuses de Burgos), take bus line 1 or 2 towards the city center. Get off at the stop named 'Plaza de España'. From there, walk towards the Burgos Cathedral and follow the walking directions provided above to reach Castillo de Burgos.
