If you are starting from the Burgos Cathedral, head southwest on Calle de la Paloma towards Plaza de Santa Maria. Continue straight until you reach Plaza Mayor. From Plaza Mayor, take Calle de la Calleja and walk straight until you reach Travesía del Mercado. The Voynich Museum y Museo del Cid will be on your left at Travesía del Mercado, 3, Bajo. The total walking distance is approximately 1 kilometer and should take about 15 minutes.

From the main bus station (Estación de Autobuses), take bus line L1 towards 'G3 - Gamonal'. Get off at the stop 'Calle Vitoria' (around 10 minutes). From there, walk down Calle Vitoria until you reach Plaza Mayor. Continue as described above to reach the museum. The total time will be approximately 30 minutes including bus travel and walking.
