From Cádiz, head to the main bus station, Estación de Autobuses de Cádiz, located at Avenida de Andalucía. You can take bus line 1 or 2 to get to Chiclana de la Frontera. The journey takes approximately 30-40 minutes. Once you arrive at the Chiclana bus station, exit and look for the bus stop for line 8 or 9, which heads towards Playa La Barrosa. Get off at the stop 'Playa La Barrosa'. From the bus stop, walk towards the beach, and you will find Primera Pista just a short walk along the sandy shore.

Start at Cádiz’s train station, Estación de tren de Cádiz. Take a train to San Fernando-Bahía Sur. The train ride takes about 30 minutes. Once you arrive at San Fernando station, walk to the nearby bus stop and catch bus line 2 towards Chiclana de la Frontera. After about 20 minutes, get off at the stop 'Playa La Barrosa'.
