From the center of San Juan, head west on Calle San Juan towards Plaza de la Libertad. Continue straight until you reach Calle José de la Torre. The Catedral de la Santa Cruz de Cádiz will be on your left at Plaza Catedral, s/n, 11005 Cádiz. The walk should take around 15-20 minutes depending on your pace.
