Car
From Cazorla, take the A-317 road towards Pozo Alcón. After approximately 15 km, watch for signs directing you to the A-6201. Turn onto the A-6201, which will lead you deeper into the Cazorla Natural Park. Continue on this road for about 20 km, following signs for Campos de Hernán Perea. As you approach the area, you will see additional signage guiding you to the parking area near the Campos.
Public Transportation
Unfortunately, there is no direct public transportation to Campos de Hernán Perea. However, you can take a bus from Cazorla to Pozo Alcón. Buses typically leave from the main bus station. Upon arriving in Pozo Alcón, you will need to arrange for a taxi or rideshare to take you to Campos de Hernán Perea, which is about a 30-minute drive away. Expect to pay around €25-€30 for the taxi ride.
Hiking
If you're already within the park and enjoy hiking, you can access Campos de Hernán Perea by foot. There are various trails leading to this area, with the most popular being the trail starting from the A-6201. Make sure to check the trail maps available at visitor centers. This hike can take about 2-3 hours depending on your pace and the chosen trail.
