If you are driving, set your GPS to 'Camí Castell de Sant Joan, s/n, 17310 Lloret de Mar, Girona'. From the center of Lloret de Mar, head northeast on Avinguda de les Alegries towards Carrer de la Pineda. Turn right onto Carrer de la Pineda, then follow the road as it becomes Camí de la Figuera. Continue on this road, and shortly after, you will see signs directing you to Castell de Sant Joan. There is limited parking nearby, so plan to arrive early, especially during peak tourist season.
Public Transportation
To visit Castell de Sant Joan using public transport, take a bus to Lloret de Mar. Several bus lines connect Lloret with nearby towns. Once in Lloret de Mar, you can walk to the castle. From the bus station, head east on Carrer de la Vila towards Avinguda de les Alegries, then turn left onto Carrer de la Pineda. Follow this road until it leads to Camí Castell de Sant Joan. It's about a 20-minute walk from the bus station to the castle.

If you're already in Lloret de Mar and prefer walking, start from the town center. Head east on Carrer de la Vila, then turn left onto Avinguda de les Alegries. Continue straight until you reach Carrer de la Pineda. Turn left and follow the road as it ascends slightly. Look for signs directing you to Castell de Sant Joan. This route is approximately 1.5 km and will take you about 20-30 minutes on foot, offering beautiful views along the way.
