If you're traveling by car, Montánchez Castle is located at C. Castillo, 37B, 10170 Montánchez, Cáceres. From Cáceres, take the EX-100 road heading southeast for about 26 km. Then, merge onto the EX-390 and continue for approximately 14 km until you reach Montánchez. The castle will be well-signposted as you approach the town. Parking is available in Montánchez, and from there, it's a short walk to the castle.

To reach Montánchez Castle via public transportation, take a bus from Cáceres to Montánchez. Buses may depart from the Cáceres bus station and typically run several times a day. The journey takes about 30 to 40 minutes. Once you arrive at the Montánchez bus stop, it is a 15-minute walk to the castle. Follow the signs to C. Castillo, where you will find the castle at 37B.
