Getting There

• Train

  From Girona, head to the Girona train station (Estació de Girona). You can reach the station by walking or taking a local bus. Once at the station, purchase a ticket to Besalú. The train ride will take approximately 30 minutes. After arriving at the Besalú train station, exit the station and follow the signs to the town center (about a 15-minute walk). You will pass through the charming streets of Besalú, eventually reaching the Judería de Besalú located at Carrer del Pont Vell, 16.

• Bus

  From Girona, head to the main bus station (Estació d'Autobusos de Girona) located near the city center. You can easily walk there from most central locations. Look for buses heading to Besalú; the bus ride will take around 30-40 minutes. Once you arrive at the Besalú bus station, exit and walk towards the historic center, which is about a 10-minute walk. Follow the signs to the Judería de Besalú at Carrer del Pont Vell, 16.

• Bicycle

  If you prefer cycling, you can rent a bicycle in Girona. Follow the bike paths leading out of the city towards Besalú. The route is approximately 30 km and will take around 1.5 to 2 hours, depending on your cycling speed. Upon reaching Besalú, navigate through the town until you reach Carrer del Pont Vell, 16, where the Judería de Besalú is located.

• Walking

  For the adventurous, walking from Girona to Besalú is an option. It will take about 6-7 hours, covering a distance of roughly 30 km. Start from the city center of Girona and head towards the countryside, following signs or maps to find the path to Besalú. Once you arrive in Besalú, walk to Carrer del Pont Vell, 16 to reach the Judería de Besalú.
