If you're starting from the Girona Cathedral, head down the steps from the cathedral and turn left onto Carrer de la Força. Continue walking until you reach Plaça de la Independència. Cross the square and take Carrer de la Barca. Follow this street until you reach the end, where it intersects with Passeig de la Devesa. Turn left onto Passeig de la Devesa, and after a short walk, you will see Parc de la Devesa on your right.

From the Girona Train Station, exit the station and head towards Carrer de Joan Maragall. Follow this street until you reach the intersection with Carrer de la Creu. Turn left on Carrer de la Creu and continue straight. After a few blocks, you will arrive at Plaça de la Independència. From there, follow the previous directions to reach Parc de la Devesa.

If you're near Plaça de la Independència, you can catch the local bus line (Bus number 5) that goes to Parc de la Devesa. The bus stop is located at the square.
