Bus
From the center of Girona, head to the main bus station, Estació d'Autobusos, which is located near the train station. Take bus line L-6 towards 'Peratallada'. The journey takes approximately 30 minutes. Once you arrive at the Peratallada bus stop, walk towards the village center, which is about a 10-minute walk. Follow the signs leading you to the historical center, where you can explore the charming streets of Peratallada.
Bicycle
If you prefer cycling, you can rent a bicycle from one of the rental shops in Girona. Head towards the Carrer de la Creu and take the cycle path that leads out of the city. Continue on the route towards Peratallada, which is around 20 kilometers from Girona. The cycling route is mostly flat and takes about 1 hour. Keep an eye out for the signs directing you to Peratallada as you ride.
Walking
For the adventurous, walking from Girona to Peratallada is possible, although it will take a considerable amount of time (approximately 4-5 hours). Start at the Plaça de la Independència and head towards the Carrer de la Creu. Follow the road out of the city, passing through the beautiful countryside. Make sure to have a map or GPS handy to stay on track, and enjoy the scenic views along the way.
