Bus
From Girona city center, head to the main bus station, Estació d'Autobusos de Girona. You can walk there from Plaça de la Independència. Once at the bus station, take the bus line that goes towards Ullastret (check the schedule for the exact bus number as it may vary). The journey will take approximately 30 minutes. Get off at the stop closest to Ullastret, and from there, it's a short walk (about 15 minutes) to the Iberian town of Ullastret. Follow the signs towards c/ Afores s/n, where the site is located.
Taxi
If you prefer a quicker route, you can take a taxi from anywhere in Girona. Simply flag down a taxi or call one using a local taxi service. Inform the driver that you would like to go to the Iberian town of Ullastret, located at c/ Afores s/n, Puig de, Sant Andreu. The drive will take approximately 20 minutes, depending on traffic.
Bicycle
For a more adventurous option, you can rent a bicycle from one of the rental shops in Girona. Start your ride from the city center and head south along the main roads towards Ullastret. Follow the signs for Sant Andreu and Ullastret. The ride is about 12 kilometers and will take roughly 45 minutes to an hour. Make sure to stay on the designated bike paths where available.
Walking
If you're up for a long walk, you can make your way to Ullastret on foot. Starting from the Girona Cathedral, head towards the city center and follow the signs to Sant Andreu. It’s about a 10 km walk, which will take you approximately 2 to 2.5 hours. Enjoy the scenic views along the way as you make your way to c/ Afores s/n in Ullastret.
