If you're in central Madrid, take Line 2 (the red line) from any nearby station towards Cuatro Caminos. Get off at Banco de España station. From the station exit, walk towards Plaza de Cibeles, which is about a 10-minute walk. Head northwest on Calle de Alcalá, and when you reach the roundabout, you will see the iconic Cibeles Palace directly ahead.

You can catch several bus lines that stop near Plaza Cibeles, including lines 1, 2, 74, and 146. If you are at Gran Vía, look for the nearest bus stop and take line 1 or 2. Get off at the stop 'Cibeles' and you will be right at the plaza.

If you are already in the area, Plaza Cibeles is a beautiful 15-minute walk from Puerta del Sol. From Puerta del Sol, head east on Calle del Arenal, turn left onto Calle de Alcalá, and continue until you reach the roundabout at Plaza Cibeles. The stunning fountain and surrounding architecture will be right in front of you.
