Getting There

• Metro

  If you are near a Metro station, take Line 1 (the light blue line) towards Valdecarros. Get off at the 'Nuevos Ministerios' station. There, transfer to Line 10 (the dark blue line) in the direction of Puerta del Sur. Get off at 'Alonso Martínez' station and transfer to Line 4 (the brown line) towards Argüelles. Finally, get off at 'Diego de León' station. From there, it’s a 10-minute walk: exit the station and head southeast on Avenida de José Ortega y Gasset, then turn right onto Calle de Valderribas. Your destination will be on the right at number 17B.

• Bus

  To reach your destination by bus, find a nearby bus stop and take Bus number 12, which goes towards 'Puerta de Atocha'. Get off at the 'Avenida de Menéndez Pelayo - Estación de Atocha' stop. From there, walk straight on Avenida de Menéndez Pelayo for about 5 minutes, then turn left onto Calle de Valderribas. Continue walking straight, and you will find your destination at number 17B on your right.

• Walking

  If you are already in the Retiro area, simply walk towards the Retiro Park main entrance at Plaza de la Independencia. Once at the park, take the path that leads you south through the park. Exit the park at the southern end, onto Calle de Valderribas. Continue walking straight for about 15 minutes, and you will reach your destination at number 17B on your left.

• Taxi

  You can easily hail a taxi from any point in Madrid. Just tell the driver to take you to 'Calle de Valderribas, 17B, Retiro'. The taxi will take you directly to your destination, and it typically takes around 10-15 minutes depending on traffic.
