Metro
If you are near any metro station, take Line 1 (the light blue line) towards Valdecarros. Get off at the 'Bellas Artes' station. From there, transfer to Line 10 (the dark blue line) at 'Tribunal' station, heading towards Puerta del Sur. Get off at 'Bergantes' station. Exit the metro and walk northwest on Calle de Vallehermoso for about 10 minutes until you reach P.º de la Castellana. The Palacio de Congresos de Madrid will be on your right.

Head to the nearest bus stop and take bus number 147 towards 'Plaza de Castilla'. Stay on the bus for about 20 minutes, and get off at the 'P.º de la Castellana - Cea Bermúdez' stop. Walk south on P.º de la Castellana for about 5 minutes, and you will arrive at the Palacio de Congresos de Madrid on your left.

If you are already in the Tetuán area, you can walk to the Palacio de Congresos de Madrid. Start at the Plaza de Tetuán and head southeast on Calle de Bravo Murillo for about 15 minutes until you reach P.º de la Castellana. Turn right, and after a short walk, you will see the Palacio de Congresos de Madrid on your right.
