Getting There

• Metro

  Take Line 1 (the Light Blue line) from any station in Madrid. If you're starting from Atocha, board the train at Atocha station heading towards Pinar de Chamartín. Change at Cuatro Caminos to Line 2 (the Red line) towards Las Rosas. Get off at the Sol station, which is the nearest stop to Tío Pepe. Once you exit the station, take the exit marked 'Puerta del Sol'. Tío Pepe is located at Puerta del Sol, 11, just a short walk from the station.

• Bus

  You can take any of the following bus lines that stop near Puerta del Sol: Lines 3, 5, 15, 20, 21, 26, 29, 33, 34, 39, 53, 65, 148, or N16. If you're at a bus stop, wait for the bus that goes towards 'Sol'. Once you get off at the 'Sol' stop, Tío Pepe is located at Puerta del Sol, 11, just a few steps away.

• Walking

  If you're already in the vicinity of Plaza Mayor or Gran Via, you can walk to Tío Pepe. From Plaza Mayor, head east towards Calle Mayor, then turn left onto Calle de los Cuchilleros. Continue straight until you reach Puerta del Sol. Tío Pepe is located at Puerta del Sol, 11, and will be on your right as you approach the square.

• Taxi or Ride-sharing

  If you prefer a more direct route, you can use a taxi or a ride-sharing service like Uber or Cabify. Simply enter 'Puerta del Sol, 11, Madrid' as your destination. The driver will take you directly to Tío Pepe.
