Bus
From El Palo, walk to the nearest bus stop, which is located on Avenida de Los Boliches. Board the bus line 11 towards the city center (Centro). The bus ride will take approximately 20 minutes. Get off at the stop 'Puente de la Aurora'. From there, walk towards the Calle Alcazabilla. The Alcazaba is located at C/ Alcazabilla, 2, just a short 10-minute walk from the bus stop. Follow the signs toward the historic center, and you will see the Alcazaba ahead.

Metro and Walking
Walk from El Palo to the nearest metro station, which is 'El Perchel'. This will take about 30 minutes on foot. Once at the station, take Line 1 towards 'Andalucía Tech'. Change at 'La Marina' to Line 2 and continue to 'Catedral'. Exit the station and head towards the Alcazaba, which is about a 15-minute walk from the metro station. You will walk through the historic streets and see various shops and cafes along the way.
