If you are traveling by car, start your journey from the city of Murcia. Take the A-7 motorway heading towards Alhama de Murcia. After about 30 kilometers, take exit 605 for the RM-3 towards Totana. Follow the RM-3 for approximately 15 kilometers. As you enter Totana, keep an eye out for signs directing you to La Bastida de Totana. The site is located on Camino de Carivete, just off the main road. There is parking available near the site.

To reach La Bastida de Totana via public transportation, start by taking a train from Murcia to Totana. The train departs from the Murcia del Carmen station. Once you arrive at Totana station, you can take a local taxi, as the site is about 7 kilometers away. Taxis are readily available outside the station. The fare should be around 10-15 euros.
