Bus
From the city center of Murcia, head to the bus station at Estación de Autobuses de Murcia, which is located at Calle de la Estación. You can take any local bus heading towards the area of P.º del Teniente Flomesta. The best option is to take Bus Line 44, which runs frequently. After approximately 15-20 minutes, get off at the stop 'Paseo de la Alameda'. From here, walk towards the river and follow the signs for the promenade. El Tío de la Barca will be located along the promenade on your left, just a short 5-minute walk.
Bicycle
If you prefer cycling, rent a bike from one of the many rental stations in the city, such as the one near the Plaza de las Flores. Head towards the riverbank, following the bike paths along the Segura River. Continue cycling along the path for about 3 kilometers, which should take around 15-20 minutes. Once you reach the Promenade, keep an eye out for El Tío de la Barca, which will be on your left side.
Walking
If you enjoy walking, start from the Cathedral of Murcia located in the city center. Head east on Calle de la Catedral until you reach Plaza de Santo Domingo. Continue walking straight onto Calle de la Libertad and then onto Calle de la Estación. Once you reach the river, follow the path along the Segura River towards P.º del Teniente Flomesta. Walk for about 25-30 minutes, and you will find El Tío de la Barca on your left along the promenade.
