If you are in the central area of Murcia, start at Plaza de las Flores, a popular square known for its vibrant atmosphere and cafes. From Plaza de las Flores, head southeast toward Calle de la Trapería. Walk along Calle de la Trapería until you reach the intersection with Calle de la Plaza, where you will turn right. Continue straight until you reach Plaza Agustinas. The Museum of the City will be on your left at Plaza Agustinas, 7.

Locate the nearest bus stop and check the bus routes that head toward Plaza Agustinas or nearby areas. Take Bus Line 39 or Line 42, both of which stop near the Museum of the City. After boarding, stay on the bus for approximately 15 minutes, depending on traffic. Disembark at the 'Plaza Agustinas' stop. The museum is a short walk from the bus stop; simply walk toward Plaza Agustinas, and you will see the museum at number 7.

If you prefer cycling, rent a bicycle from one of the local rental services in the city. Head towards the Río Segura bike path. Cycle along the river until you reach the bridge near Puente de los Peligros. Cross the bridge and continue straight on Calle de la Universidad. Turn left onto Calle de la Trapería and then right onto Plaza Agustinas. The Museum of the City will be on your left at Plaza Agustinas, 7.
