Once you arrive at the main bus stop in San Esteban de las Cruces, you will need to walk approximately 20 minutes to Zoo El Bosque. Exit the bus station and head south on Calle de la Iglesia, then turn left onto Calle Los Molinos. Follow this road for about 1.5 km until you reach Zoo El Bosque on your right.
