Car
If you're traveling by car, start from the nearest major town, Benasque. From Benasque, take the A-139 road heading towards the north. After approximately 6 kilometers, you will reach the junction for the A-2617 road. Turn left onto the A-2617 and continue for about 8 kilometers. You will see signs for the Pico Aragüells trailhead as you approach the parking area. There is no cost for parking, but be sure to arrive early during peak season, as spots can fill up quickly.
Public Transportation
To reach Pico Aragüells via public transportation, take a bus from Huesca to Benasque. The bus service is operated by ALSA and typically runs several times a day. Once you arrive in Benasque, you can either walk to the trailhead (approximately a 30-minute walk) or take a local taxi if you prefer not to walk. The taxi ride should cost around €10-15. Ensure to check the bus timetable in advance to plan your trip accordingly.
Hiking
Once you reach the trailhead, prepare for a moderate hike. The trail to Pico Aragüells is well-marked and takes about 3-4 hours to reach the summit, depending on your fitness level.
