Breathtaking Views at Mirador de Ojén

Getting There

• Walking

  From the center of Ronda, head towards the Plaza de España. Exit the square and walk south along Calle de la Virgen de la Paz until you reach the roundabout. At the roundabout, take the second exit onto Calle de la Granadilla. Continue straight until you reach the end of the road and take a right onto Calle de la Hoya. Follow this road as it curves left into the countryside. Keep an eye out for signs directing you to Ojén, as you will need to walk towards this direction. The walk to Ojén is approximately 10 km (6.2 miles) and may take around 2 hours, so be prepared with comfortable shoes and enough water.

• Bus

  From Ronda, make your way to the bus station located at Calle de la Estación. Look for buses headed to Ojén. The journey takes approximately 30 minutes. Once you arrive in Ojén, ask for directions to the Mirador de Ojén, as it is a well-known viewpoint in the area. You may need to walk about 1 km (0.6 miles) from the bus stop to reach the mirador, following local signs along the way.

• Bicycle

  If you prefer to cycle, you can rent a bicycle in Ronda. Start your journey from the Plaza de España, heading south along Calle de la Virgen de la Paz. Continue onto Calle de la Granadilla, and then take a right onto Calle de la Hoya. Follow the road signs towards Ojén. The total distance is approximately 10 km (6.2 miles) and is mostly downhill towards Ojén, making for a pleasant ride. Once in Ojén, look for signs to the Mirador de Ojén.
