Start from the center of Ronda, specifically at the Plaza de España. Head southwest on Calle Virgen de la Paz until you reach the intersection with Calle de la Bola. Turn left onto Calle de la Bola. Continue straight until you reach the roundabout. Take the second exit onto A-367, following signs for Campillos. After approximately 1.5 km, look for a dirt path on your left leading towards the hills, which indicates the direction towards the Cave shrine of the Virgen de la Cabeza. Follow this path, which may be slightly rugged, for about 2 km. The shrine will be located on the hillside to your left.

From Ronda, walk to the nearest bus station, which is located at Avenida de Málaga. Take the local bus that heads towards Campillos or nearby villages. Inform the driver of your destination, as some buses may not stop directly at the shrine. Disembark at the nearest stop and walk along the rural paths towards Partida los Molinos, which is approximately 1 km from the bus stop. Follow the signs pointing towards the Cave shrine of the Virgen de la Cabeza. The scenic route will lead you through the natural landscape.

Rent a bicycle from one of the local shops in Ronda. Start from the Plaza de España and head southwest on Calle Virgen de la Paz. Continue onto Calle de la Bola and follow the route towards A-367. Once you reach A-367, use the designated bike lanes and follow the road towards Campillos. After about 1.5 km, look for a dirt path leading towards the shrine. The ride will take you through picturesque landscapes, and you’ll arrive at the Cave shrine of the Virgen de la Cabeza in approximately 20-30 minutes.
