Getting There

  • Walking

    If you are starting from the Plaza Mayor, head towards Calle de Toro. When you reach the intersection with Calle de San Pablo, turn right. Continue straight until you reach the intersection with Calle de Carvajal. Turn left onto Calle de Carvajal. The Cueva de Salamanca will be on your left at number 7.

  • Walking

    From the University of Salamanca, exit the main gate and head towards Plaza Mayor. From Plaza Mayor, follow the previous directions towards Calle de Toro.

    If you are at the Casa de las Conchas, walk down Calle de la Compañía towards Plaza Mayor. Once you reach Plaza Mayor, follow the directions towards Calle de Toro and then to Calle de Carvajal.

  • Public Transport

    Take bus line 7 or 9 from any nearby bus stop. Get off at the 'Calle de Carvajal' stop. From there, walk a short distance down Calle de Carvajal, and you will find Cueva de Salamanca at number 7.
