Walking
If you are starting from the Plaza Mayor, head northeast on Calle de Siete Bajas towards Calle de la Rúa. Continue straight until you reach the intersection with Calle de la Compañía. Turn left onto Calle de la Compañía and follow it as it becomes Calle de la Alamedilla. Continue until you reach the Gran Vía. Cross the Gran Vía and continue straight on Avenida de Portugal. After a few minutes, you will see the signs for the Puente Romano. Follow the signs towards the river, and you will arrive at Puente Romano de Salamanca.

If you prefer cycling, rent a bicycle from one of the local rental shops near Plaza Mayor. From there, cycle northwest towards Gran Vía. Take the bike path along Avenida de Portugal, which leads directly to the river. Follow the path along the riverbank, and you will soon see the Puente Romano. This route offers a scenic view of the river and the surrounding area, making for a pleasant ride.
