Walking
From the central area of Antiguo, head towards the beach and walk along the Avenida de la Libertad towards the west. Continue straight until you reach the end of the promenade. Turn right onto the Calle de Igeldo and follow it uphill. You will soon see signs for the Funicular Monte Igueldo. The walk takes approximately 20-30 minutes, depending on your pace.
Bus
You can take Bus Line 16 from the Antiguo area. Board the bus at the 'Antiguo' stop and ride towards 'Plaza del Funicular'. The journey takes about 10 minutes. Once you get off, follow the signs leading to Funicular Plaza where the funicular station is located.
Funicular
Once you arrive at Funicular Plaza, you can purchase your ticket for the Funicular Monte Igueldo. The ticket costs approximately €3.00 for a round trip. The funicular itself takes you up to Monte Igueldo, providing breathtaking views of San Sebastián along the way. The ride lasts around 5 minutes.
