Follow this street until you reach the intersection with Avenida de la Libertad. Cross the avenue and continue straight onto Calle Fuenterrabía. This will lead you towards the border with France. Keep walking until you reach the town of Saint-Jean-de-Luz, where Place Louis XIV is located. It should be a short walk from the border, close to the waterfront.
