Walking
From the Centro area, head towards the waterfront promenade along La Concha beach. The easiest way is to walk down to the beach front and follow the promenade to the west. As you walk, you'll enjoy beautiful views of the beach and the bay. Continue along until you reach the end of the beach, where the promenade turns into a path leading up to Monte Urgull.

Walking
Once you reach the base of Monte Urgull, look for the entrance at the bottom of Subida al Castillo Kalea. This is the path that leads directly to the top of the hill. The ascent is on a well-marked trail, and you will see signs indicating the route to the summit. The walk offers stunning views and historical significance, as you will pass by the old fortifications and the iconic statue of Christ as you make your way up.

Walking
After enjoying your visit at Monte Urgull, to return to Centro, simply retrace your steps down the same path. This should take you back to the waterfront promenade. From there, you can either continue exploring other areas of San Sebastián or find a nice café along the beach to relax.
