    If you are starting from the Cathedral of Santiago de Compostela, exit the Cathedral through the main entrance and head towards Praza do Obradoiro, which is directly in front of you. The Pazo de Xelmírez is located on the left side of the square. It is an easily recognizable historical building with a distinct façade, right next to the cathedral.
