Walking
If you are starting from the Cathedral of Santiago de Compostela, exit the Cathedral through the main entrance and head towards Praza do Obradoiro, which is directly in front of you. The Pazo de Xelmírez is located on the left side of the square. It is an easily recognizable historical building with a distinct façade, right next to the cathedral.

Public Transport
If you are coming from the Santiago de Compostela bus station, take bus line 6 towards 'Catedral'. The bus will take you to a stop close to the city center. Once you get off, walk towards the Cathedral of Santiago. From the Cathedral, follow the same directions as above to reach Pazo de Xelmírez, which is located at Praza do Obradoiro.

From Parque de la Alameda, exit the park and head down towards the city center. Follow the signs that lead you to the Cathedral of Santiago. When you reach the Cathedral, you will see Praza do Obradoiro in front of you. The Pazo de Xelmírez is located on the left side of the square.
