Starting from the Segovia Aqueduct (Acueducto de Segovia), head northwest on Calle de la Alamedilla towards Plaza de la Artillería. Continue straight onto Calle de Juan Bravo. After about 10 minutes of walking, you'll reach Plaza Medina del Campo. The Monumento a Juan Bravo is located at the center of this plaza.
