Walking
If you're in the heart of Seville, start at Plaza Nueva, a central and well-known square. Head towards Calle Sierpes, a popular shopping street. Continue down Calle Sierpes until you reach the intersection with Calle Cuna. Turn left onto Calle Cuna and walk straight until you hit the intersection with Calle Francos. Turn right onto Calle Francos, which will lead you directly to the Alcázar. You will see the grand entrance to the Alcázar on your left.

Public Bus
Find the nearest bus stop to your location. Take the bus line C1, which circles around the city center. Get off at the 'Avenida de la Constitucion' stop. From there, walk towards the Cathedral and the Giralda tower, which will be in sight. The Alcázar is right next to the Cathedral, so just follow the crowd or ask for directions. The entrance is on the left side of the Cathedral.

If you're near a metro station, take Line 1 and get off at 'Puerta Jerez' station. Once you exit the station, walk towards the large roundabout and head straight towards the Cathedral. From the Cathedral, turn left and follow the path to the entrance of the Alcázar, which is well-signposted.
