Car
If you're traveling by car, start from Granada. Take the A-44 highway towards Sierra Nevada. Follow signs for the Sierra Nevada National Park. After about 30 km, take exit 29 towards the A-395. Continue on A-395 for approximately 20 km until you reach the ski resort area. From there, look for signs to Dehesa Del Camarate. The final stretch is along an unnamed road, which will lead you directly to the destination. Be prepared for possible parking fees in the area.
Public Transportation
For those using public transport, take a bus from Granada to the Sierra Nevada ski resort. Buses run frequently from the central bus station (Estación de Autobuses de Granada) to the ski area (Albergue Universitario, A-395). Once you arrive at the bus stop in the Sierra Nevada area, you can either hike or take a local taxi to Dehesa Del Camarate. Note that the hike is approximately 3 km from the bus stop, and taxis are available, but it's advisable to confirm the fare beforehand to avoid any surprises.
Walking/Hiking
If you choose to hike from the ski resort area, take the marked trails leading towards Dehesa Del Camarate. The hike is approximately 3 km and can take about 45 minutes to an hour, depending on your pace. Make sure to wear appropriate footwear and carry water, as the trails can be steep and rugged.
