Getting There

  • Car

    If you are traveling by car, start from the Sierra Nevada resort area. Head down the A-395 road towards Granada. After approximately 30 minutes, take the exit toward the A-44 (Granada-Motril). Follow the A-44 for about 15 minutes and take the exit for Granada - Ronda Sur. Merge onto the A-402 toward the city center. After about 10 minutes, continue straight onto Calle de Gran Capitán. Follow this road until you reach Plaza Nueva, then turn onto Paseo del Padre Manjón. This will lead you to the Albaicín neighborhood. Continue to Pcta. de Toqueros, 7, where Peña La Platería is located. Parking is limited in the Albaicín area, so be prepared to park in designated areas and walk a short distance.

    For those using public transportation, take a bus from Sierra Nevada to Granada. The line 180 (operated by ALSA) runs regularly and can take around 1 hour. Once in Granada, disembark at the central bus station (Estación de Autobuses de Granada). From there, take the C1 or C2 bus lines towards the city center and get off at Plaza Nueva. From Plaza Nueva, walk towards the Albaicín neighborhood. Head up Calle de Cuesta de San Gregorio, then turn onto Pcta. de Toqueros, where Peña La Platería is located.
