If you're traveling by car within Teide National Park, head towards the TF-38 road. From the main park entrance, follow signs for 'Roque de los Muchachos.' Continue on the TF-38 for approximately 20 kilometers until you reach the intersection with Ctra. al Roque de los Muchachos. Turn onto Ctra. al Roque de los Muchachos and drive for about 5 kilometers. The Mirador del Espigón del Roque will be on your left. There is a small parking area available. Be sure to check for any parking fees, although typically there are no costs associated with parking in this area.
