If you are starting from the Toledo Cathedral (Catedral de Toledo), exit the Cathedral and head northwest on Calle Cardenal Cisneros. Continue straight for about 300 meters until you reach Plaza del Ayuntamiento. From the plaza, take Calle de la Paz, which is on your left, and follow it for about 200 meters until you reach the intersection with Calle del Hombre de Palo. Turn right onto Calle del Hombre de Palo, and after about 100 meters, you will find Capilla de San Blas on your left at number 4.

If you are coming from the Alcázar of Toledo, exit the Alcázar and walk down Calle de la Unión. Continue straight until you reach the Plaza de Zocodover. From the plaza, take Calle del Comercio, and then turn left onto Calle de la Paz. Walk straight for about 500 meters until you reach the intersection with Calle del Hombre de Palo. Turn right, and Capilla de San Blas will be on your left at number 4.
