If you are near the Plaza de Zocodover, start by facing the main square. Head towards the exit on the northwest side of the square, taking the street named Calle del Comercio. Walk straight for about 5 minutes until you reach a junction with Calle de Santo Tomé. Turn right onto Calle de Santo Tomé and continue walking for another 3 minutes. You will see the Iglesia de Santo Tomé on your left at Pl. del Conde, 4.

Locate the nearest bus stop, which is likely near Plaza de Zocodover. You can take the bus line 5, which goes to the vicinity of the church. Board the bus and remain on the bus for approximately 10 minutes. Get off at the stop called 'Pl. del Conde'. From there, the Iglesia de Santo Tomé will be just a short walk down the street.

From the Toledo Cathedral (Catedral de Toledo), exit the cathedral and head northwest on Calle Cardenal Cisneros. After about 5 minutes, take a left onto Calle de Santo Tomé. Continue walking straight for another 5 minutes, and you will find the Iglesia de Santo Tomé at Pl. del Conde, 4 on your right.
